US Coast Guard & CDC regulations allow maximum 13 passengers onboard. We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed. (some yachts are ok, please ask which ones All vessels come with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring spare medication in the event of an emergency Pick up time is up to you; your day begins at the time stated in the signed Charter Agreement You can bring your own alcohol and food on board All yachts include a sound system to play your music All Children are counted as a passenger Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time in order to fill out all forms

Book with peace of mind. All bookings are subject to Aceplace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for bookings canceled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation as long as the booking was made no later than 48 hours prior to the event start time.

Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price, including all fees. If a Guest chooses to cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time, they will receive a 50% refund of the booking price, excluding fees. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable.
